Position: Back office assistant

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Salary: As per experience

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the onboarding and integration of new clients and assisting in the support and analysis process of existing clients

  2. To conduct/review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence for new account opening and maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations and procedures.

  3. Responsible for liaising with quality controllers and compliance teams for any issues.

  4. Assist in various back-office functions including record maintenance, data entry, regulatory compliance, and basic expenses accounting

  5. To perform administrative, legal, and support duties that keep the workplace running

  6. To assist in general front desk duties such as handling client requests etc and performing administration duties and maintaining databases and the office management of the branch.
